Pe scurt
No Addiction funcționează fără cont, iar datele tale rămân pe telefon. Contul este opțional și servește doar pentru un backup criptat. Nu cerem și nu stocăm nume, email, număr de telefon sau alte date personale. Nu folosim reclame, analitice sau trackere.
Date stocate doar pe telefonul tău
Dependențele urmărite și datele de început, angajamentele zilnice, check-in-urile (dispoziție, nivelul poftei, declanșatori, notițe), resetările și reflecțiile, motivele tale și poftele depășite prin SOS, setările aplicației. Aceste date nu părăsesc telefonul fără un cont de backup. Backup-ul automat al Android este dezactivat pentru aplicație.
Contul opțional de backup
Dacă îți creezi un cont, pe serverul nostru se păstrează doar:
- numele de utilizator ales de tine (recomandăm un nume anonim, fără legătură cu identitatea ta);
- o amprentă criptografică (hash cu sare) a unei chei derivate din parolă, folosită pentru autentificare; parola nu este trimisă niciodată;
- backup-ul datelor tale, criptat pe telefon cu AES-256-GCM, cu o cheie derivată din parolă care nu părăsește telefonul; serverul nu poate citi conținutul;
- data ultimului backup.
Numele de utilizator și parola nu pot fi recuperate. Fără ele, backup-ul nu mai poate fi deschis de nimeni, nici de noi.
Server, jurnale și adrese IP
Serverul rulează în Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, iar conexiunea este criptată (HTTPS, certificat Let's Encrypt). Nu păstrăm jurnale de acces. Adresele IP sunt ținute doar în memorie, pentru limitarea încercărilor repetate de autentificare (cel mult o oră), și nu sunt salvate. Baza de date a serverului are o copie de siguranță zilnică, păstrată 14 zile.
Notificări și permisiuni
Mementourile sunt notificări locale programate pe telefon; nu trec prin niciun server. Aplicația folosește internetul doar pentru backup-ul opțional, iar amprenta sau PIN-ul (opțional) sunt verificate de Android, fără ca aplicația să le vadă.
Ștergerea datelor
- Datele de pe telefon: Setări → Resetare completă, sau dezinstalarea aplicației.
- Contul și backup-ul de pe server: în aplicație, Setări → Cont și backup → Șterge contul, sau pe pagina noaddiction.techbm.ro/delete-account. Ștergerea de pe server este imediată; copiile zilnice de siguranță dispar automat în cel mult 14 zile.
Partajare
Nu vindem și nu partajăm date cu nimeni. Datele de cont nu pot fi asociate cu o persoană, deoarece nu colectăm date de identificare.
Vârstă
Aplicația este destinată persoanelor de cel puțin 18 ani.
Modificări și contact
Orice modificare a acestei politici va fi publicată pe această pagină. Pentru întrebări, folosește adresa de email a dezvoltatorului afișată pe pagina aplicației din Google Play.

In short
No Addiction works without an account and your data stays on your phone. The account is optional and is only used for an encrypted backup. We do not ask for or store names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or any other personal details. We use no ads, analytics or trackers.
Data stored only on your phone
The addictions you track and their start dates, daily pledges, check-ins (mood, craving level, triggers, notes), resets and reflections, your reasons and the cravings you beat with SOS, and the app settings. This data never leaves the phone unless you create a backup account. Android's automatic backup is disabled for the app.
The optional backup account
If you create an account, our server keeps only:
- the username you choose (we recommend an anonymous name with no link to your identity);
- a salted cryptographic hash of a key derived from your password, used for sign-in; the password itself is never sent;
- your data backup, encrypted on the phone with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your password that never leaves the phone; the server cannot read it;
- the time of the last backup.
Usernames and passwords cannot be recovered. Without them, nobody can open the backup, including us.
Server, logs and IP addresses
The server runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and connections are encrypted (HTTPS, Let's Encrypt certificate). We keep no access logs. IP addresses are held only in memory to limit repeated sign-in attempts (for at most one hour) and are never stored. The server database has a daily safety copy, kept for 14 days.
Notifications and permissions
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on the phone; they do not go through any server. The app uses the internet only for the optional backup, and the optional fingerprint or PIN is checked by Android without the app ever seeing it.
Deleting your data
- Data on the phone: Settings → Full reset, or uninstall the app.
- Account and server backup: in the app, Settings → Account and backup → Delete account, or on noaddiction.techbm.ro/delete-account. Deletion from the server is immediate; the daily safety copies expire automatically within 14 days.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data with anyone. Account data cannot be linked to a person, because we collect no identifying information.
Age
The app is intended for people aged 18 and over.
